Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Nights

The registered nurse provides professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Key Responsibilities Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age and developmentally appropriate care. Communicate clearly and promote a collaborative environment. Take accountability for personal performance and continuously seek professional growth. Enhance the patient experience through proactive initiatives. Build strong relationships within the team and with patients. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support Certification and other required certifications. Valid nursing license for Texas or eligibility. Minimum of 6 months RN work experience.
