Woodcreek Provider Services is seeking Certified Medical Assistants (MA-C) to support high-quality pediatric patient care at our Bonney Lake clinic location.

We're looking for dependable, patient-focused team members who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.

Hire #1 (0.80 FTE, 32 hrs/week) Tuesday | 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday | 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Friday | 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday | 8:15 AM - 2:00 PM Home clinic: Bonney Lake

Hire #2 (0.83 FTE, 33 hrs/week) Monday | 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday | 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday | 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM Friday | 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Home clinic: Bonney Lake

Compensation:

Pay Range: $23.67 - $34.11 per hour* Hiring Range: $23.67 - $28.89 per hour

Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity. The hiring range reflects where most new hires are placed.

What You'll Do:

• Support providers with direct patient care
• Perform clinical procedures within MA-C scope
• Administer medications per protocol
• Provide patient education and support
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Contribute to a positive, efficient clinic workflow

What We're Looking For:

• Active Washington State MA-C credential
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfort in a fast-paced clinical setting

Sign-On Bonus:

Employees hired into 0.75 FTE (30+ hrs/week) positions may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments:

• 20% after successful completion of initial two-week employment period
• 80% after one year of successful employment
