Compensation: Commission-Based (High earning potential tied directly to your performance)

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling (Choose your days, Monday – Friday)

Are you a self-motivated go-getter looking for a role with unlimited earning potential and total schedule flexibility? We are expanding rapidly and building a dynamic team of 25 Business Development Specialists to launch our telecommunications services across the valley.

Here is the best part: This is not a call center job. There is absolutely NO cold calling involved. Instead, you will be out in the community, building face-to-face relationships with local small and medium-sized businesses.

No experience? No problem. We believe in investing in people, which means we provide full, comprehensive training to give you all the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do (The Role)

• Connect & Build: Visit small and medium-sized business locations daily to introduce our cutting-edge telecommunications services.

• Consult & Close: Listen to local business owners' needs and present solutions that help them save money and improve their operations.

• Own Your Territory: Manage your daily field route efficiently to maximize your earning potential.

• Set Your Schedule: Enjoy the ultimate work-life balance by choosing which days you work between Monday and Friday.

What We Are Looking For

• Reliable Transportation (A MUST): Since this is a field-based role, you must have your own dependable vehicle to visit customer locations daily.

• Unstoppable Drive: You are motivated by performance-based pay and love the idea of controlling your own paycheck.

• Great Communication Skills: You are comfortable walking into a business, introducing yourself, and starting a conversation.

• Bilingual Skills (A Plus!): Fluency in English and a second language (especially Spanish) is highly valued, though not required.

• No Experience Necessary: Whether you are a seasoned sales pro or looking for a fresh start in a new industry, we will train the right candidates from the ground up!
