Production Associate

Job Details: Level: Entry; Job Location: Mount Gilead, OH 43338; Position Type: Full Time; Education Level: High School; Travel Percentage: None; Job Shift: Any; Job Category: Manufacturing. Purpose This position is responsible for the production and packaging of products. Responsibilities Operate production equipment to package Hot Shot's Secret products. Ensure product packaging is clean, straight and filled to the correct amount. Work in a variety of areas from operating equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, filling large containers of product to labeling bottles. Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, and Electrical Pallet Jacks). Report any mechanical problems. Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Other duties as assigned. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good verbal communication skills. Must be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self‑direction. Ability to be flexible based on production levels. Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks and lift for long periods of time throughout the day. Must have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality products. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience operating a forklift is a plus. Other Information Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
