Loan Officer Assistant

Got Mortgages is looking for a licensed Loan Officer Assistant to support the day-to-day workflow of a high-volume, modern mortgage branch. This person must already be a licensed loan officer snd needs to be proactive, organized, and comfortable moving quickly between client communication, loan file management, partner follow-up, internal coordination, and technology-driven systems. They must understand the mortgage process from application to closing and be able to help keep files, clients, and referral partners moving with urgency, professionalism, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is modern-day driven and fully comfortable using AI, marketing tools, CRM systems, automation, email, texting, video, social media, and other technology platforms to create efficiency and improve the client experience. They should know how to navigate Encompass, manage loan documentation, track conditions, follow up with borrowers, communicate with processors and operations, and stay ahead of deadlines. Got Mortgages is looking for someone who does not resist technology, but embraces it as part of how today’s mortgage business is built, communicated, and scaled. This role requires someone with strong client-facing experience who can confidently speak with borrowers, explain next steps, collect documents, address concerns, and help create a smooth experience. They must be able to work through difficult files, understand mortgage guidelines, ask the right questions, and know when to escalate items. The right person should be able to combine traditional mortgage knowledge with modern tools, helping support not only the loan process but also marketing follow-up, database management, partner communication, content organization, and client engagement. This assistant must be licensed with the NMLS and dependable, detail-oriented, coachable, and committed to excellence. They should understand that speed, communication, accuracy, follow-up, technology, and marketing are all connected in today’s mortgage business.
