Requirements

• Required certification: Cath Lab
• 1+ years of experience
• Active California RN license required before start
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year in Cath Lab required (hard stop) 2. Cases: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab experience, Cardiac Stent Placement, Circulate Procedures, Right and Left heart catheterization 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 0700-1730; On call required 1730-0700 weeknights and weekends (Fri 1730-0700 Monday) 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with location and dates 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits up front at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Average 16 hours non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported via Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: No first time travelers (hard stop); screen if 5+ years experience 14. Scrubs: RNs wear navy blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
