IT Service Manager

Owning IT and business systems operations for a remote workforce, the full-time IT Service Manager will manage endpoint management, identity, and SaaS application provisioning while delivering hands-on technical support and building automated self-service systems to enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee IT and business systems operations, including endpoint management and employee access provisioning Provide hands-on technical support, ensuring fast resolution of issues at the desktop level Collaborate with Security to establish access controls and maintain compliance with ISO standards Required qualifications Proven experience independently managing a remote-first IT environment with accountability for endpoints and business applications Hands-on experience with MDM platforms and Apple hardware in an enterprise setting Strong understanding of identity and access management tools and their compliance implications Experience in building or enhancing security and compliance controls, particularly related to ISO frameworks Track record of automating IT workflows through scripting or self-service tools to improve efficiency
