Description of the role:

We are looking for a skilled Body Shop Tech to join Lamoille Valley Ford in Hardwick, Vermont. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and painting vehicles to manufacturer specifications using hand tools, power tools, and various machines.

Responsibilities:

Repair vehicle body damage according to manufacturer specifications
Perform painting and refinishing duties
Use hand tools, power tools, and various machines
Ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements:

Previous experience in auto body repair
Knowledge of automotive painting techniques
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
