Credit & Collections Specialist — Hybrid & Profit Sharing

Parts Town is seeking a Collections Specialist who will partner with Collections and Customer Service to assess creditworthiness and order risk. You will evaluate accounts, collaborate with teammates, and drive timely cash collection while maintaining excellent customer service. The role requires 2+ years' high-volume collections/credit experience, proficient English, and strong MS Office usage.
