Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring that clients' appointments are scheduled appropriately, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Great clients and their pets warmly as they arrive at the salon. Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule grooming appointments, taking into account groomer availability and client preferences. Provide clients with information about our grooming services, pricing, and any special offers. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Handle client inquiries, concerns, or complaints with patience and empathy. Collaborate with the grooming team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service. Update and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in managing grooming schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times. Promote and upsell salon services, retail products, and add-on options to clients when appropriate.
