As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:

• $82,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually).
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state
• Someone who loves patient care and values strong outcomes
