As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:

• $82,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually).
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state
• Someone who loves patient care and values strong outcomes
