Sales Coordinator

Description The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Team for both Moxy Cincinnati Downtown and Aloft Newport on the Levee. This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, maintaining sales systems, preparing contracts and proposals, and ensuring a seamless experience for group, corporate, and event clients from inquiry through execution. The Sales Coordinator serves as a key liaison between sales, operations, and guests while helping drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction across both properties. Responsibilities $3d Qualifications • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Hotel sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Marriott systems, Delphi, CI/TY, Opera, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
