Assure documentation meets all regulatory and agency guidelines. Work with the Mortgage Loan Officer in marketing First Financial Bank to increase productivity.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Assist the Loan Officer in obtaining documentation from customersAct as an interface between Loan Officer and Operations to obtain required documentationWork with Encompass, Blend, Optimal Blue and other systems as neededInterface with customer as neededAssist the Loan Officer in marketing effortsAll other duties as assigned.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:Minimum of 1 year experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor OR Mortgage Loan OfficerHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Knowledge and Skills:Level of Complexity and Scope:Degree of Independence and Decision-Making:Required Supervisory Responsibilities:Physical Requirements:Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs.Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.Occasionally drives.Frequently sits, stands and walks.Pay RangeThis position pays at least the applicable state minimum wage plus commission opportunities based on performanceCompliance Statement: The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures.
