Knowledge of vehicle systems and how vehicles operate Great communication skills Professional personal hygiene and appearance Ability to estimate labor from labor guides Ability to interpret customer expectations SCHEDULE : This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM . In this role, you'll greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, translate them into actionable service plans, accurately estimate labor, and serve as the trusted connection between the customer and the shop floor.
