We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail and relentless drive towards success. We are looking for Hospitality Professionals to help us reinforce the standards that historically make us one of the best in the business.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Bellman/Doorman who will assist us in continuing to provide the excellent level of service for which The Garden City Hotel is known.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acknowledge, welcome and depart all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features.
• Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
• Working conditions include, but are not limited to, standing for extended periods of time, moving/lifting heavy items and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Prior hotel experience is preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility with schedule is required. Weekends and Holidays are a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour plus gratuities.
