Paralegal / Legal Project Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Remote

Contract: 6–12 months

Purpose: Support a time ‑ sensitive, cross ‑ border legal project by providing project coordination and transactional support to the Legal team. This role is focused on keeping workstreams organized, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and supporting contract negotiation and execution under attorney supervision.

Key Accountabilities:

Operating under attorney supervision:

Coordinate and track project timelines, key deliverables, and open issues.

Maintain simple project trackers and provide periodic status updates to Legal and business stakeholders.

Support drafting, review, and circulation of commercial contracts and related documents.

Liaise with business stakeholders during contract negotiations to gather inputs and track comments.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and negotiation calls across multiple time zones.

Manage document control, including versions, comment matrices, and execution copies.

Support contract execution and ensure fully executed agreements are properly stored.

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or equivalent experience.

3+ years’ experience in a paralegal, legal operations, or legal project coordination role.

Experience supporting commercial contracting under attorney supervision.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with cross ‑ functional stakeholders in a fast ‑ paced environment.

Ability to manage work across global time zones.
