Duties

• Assess and triage patients presenting with various medical conditions in the emergency department.
• Perform physical examinations and document patient histories accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV therapy and wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Provide ostomy care and education to patients as needed.
• Assist with laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring accurate results are communicated effectively.
• Educate patients and families on health management, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
