For more information, visit .Position Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support for the LMS platform (YeswayU), including maintaining user records, updating application settings, troubleshooting routine issues, generating reports, and assisting with the rollout of new functionality.Prepare and update interactive digital learning content, including e-learning courses, videos, PDF guides, quizzes, and other materials, using established instructional design principles and approved content.Create training materials on various topics including new processes, systems, compliance, operations, and professional development skills.Coordinate with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather training requirements and assist with preparing online courses, job aids, quick-reference materials, and other learning resources.Support compliance training administration by tracking certificate renewals, communicating established requirements to field locations, maintaining records, and providing reports and certificates for audits and inspections.Serve as an administrative contact between the training department and external content vendors by coordinating course uploads, maintaining access permissions and records, routing contract and invoice documentation, and following up on service issues.Research training vendors, platforms, and delivery options; compile information for review; and assist with approved updates to learning technology, content, and system integrations.Provide implementation support for projects that consolidate compliance training content into unified platforms and training experiences, including maintaining project records, coordinating updates, testing content, and tracking assigned tasks.Perform administrative functions related to the learning program including invoice processing, budget tracking, and recordkeeping.Qualifications:Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience creating or maintaining e-learning courses, modules, videos, and other digital learning content.Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong project management, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Skills and Competencies: Experience facilitating live virtual instructor-led training or webinars.Experience developing and delivering in-person training workshops.Knowledge of instructional design theories and models like ADDIE, SAM, etc. Ability to apply the steps of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.Video production and editing skills.Familiar with APIs.Convenience Store retail experience.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionCompany Paid Life InsuranceHealth Savings AccountFlexible Savings AccountCompany Paid Short- & Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program401K with Company MatchPaid VacationPaid Sick TimePaid HolidaysVoluntary SupplementalLife InsuranceDisabilityCritical IllnessHospital IndemnityAccident CoveragePet Care PlanLegal InsuranceYesway is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. #LI-BM2 #LI-ONSITEJob SummaryRequisition Number: LMSTR003845Job Category: Integrations and TrainingSchedule: Full-Time
