Metal Finishing Technician

Grinding, Polishing & Production

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with steady hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term stability? We're hiring Metal Finishing Technicians to support grinding, sanding, polishing, and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for candidates with grinding, metal finishing, fabrication, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Grind, sand, and finish metal parts to meet quality standards

• Use grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools

• Inspect parts for quality, consistency, and appearance

• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements

• Perform polishing and surface preparation as needed

• Handle and move materials throughout the production process

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Experience using grinders in a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds consistently throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with sanding, polishing, or metal finishing is a plus
