Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations! Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program Current or pending state licensure BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day) Location Brown Deer Clinic Address : 9252 N Green Bay Rd.
