Join a stable and growing primary care group with more than 60 locations across Florida. We are seeking experienced, Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient opportunities on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast.

Highlights:

• Monday'Friday schedule, 8:00 am'5:00 pm
• Outpatient only
• No weekends or late hours
• No call required, unless desired for additional compensation
• Average 20'22 patients per day
• Predominantly geriatric/Medicare Advantage patient population
• Competitive base salary starting around $250,000+
• Quarterly performance bonus potential

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality patient care
