They know how to challenge assumptions, provide market insight, hold hiring teams accountable, and move searches forward with urgency and precision.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner closely with G&A leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, using data, market intelligence, and sound judgment to influence decisions.Lead searches from kickoff through offer, driving a high-quality, efficient candidate experience while maintaining a high bar for talent.Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and keep hiring teams aligned and accountable throughout the process.Build strong relationships with executives, hiring managers, People Business Partners, Compensation, and cross-functional stakeholders.Develop thoughtful sourcing strategies for niche and competitive talent markets, engaging passive candidates and building long-term pipelines.Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview quality, and hiring outcomes through operational excellence and a bias for execution.Represent Gong externally, serving as an ambassador for our culture and values.QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting G&A organizations - bonus points if you’ve supported FinanceExperience recruiting in high-growth companies where hiring priorities shift quickly.Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through data, insight, and credibility.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities—not just job descriptions.Exceptional execution skills, with a track record of managing complex searches while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and holding stakeholders accountable when needed.Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.A collaborative, low-ego approach paired with a high sense of ownership and accountability.PERKS & BENEFITS We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs.Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle.Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching.401(k) program to help you invest in your future.Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development.Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend.Paid parental leave to support you and your family.Company-wide recharge days each quarter.Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.The annual salary hiring range for this position is $119,000 - $175,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
