Full-Time | Non-Exempt Pay: $18.00/hour + Monthly $500 Performance Bonus for top Performer Call Center Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 6:00 PM, occasional Saturdays (till 2PM) Shifts: Monday Saturday: 9:00 AM5:30 PM, with one weekday off, and 8:00 AM4:30 PM on Saturday Monday Friday: 9:00 AM6:00 PM Location: In office. 5840 W. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking up to 65 calls per day and is passionate about helping customers. Prior customer service or inside sale experience, preferred. Ability to multitask across multiple systems, including Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional Requirements: Reliable transportation. Location is near a bus line.
