Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Union, NJ, responsible for supporting HR operations across the organization. This role manages day-to-day HR activities, including administering HR policies, handling employee inquiries, coordinating benefits, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. The Human Resources Generalist assists with employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. They help maintain accurate HR records, support payroll-related information, and collaborate with managers to address staffing and development needs. The role also contributes to HR projects, training initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with Kalustyan’s culture of quality and safety. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support daily HR operations and organizational initiatives. Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements to ensure consistent and lawful HR practices. Candidates should possess experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to effectively manage and communicate benefit programs. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to support employee relations and collaborative teamwork. Candidates should possess proficiency with HRIS systems, basic MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Candidates should possess knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations; experience in manufacturing or food industry environments is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
