This collegial, hard-working group of physicians and advanced practitioners provides interventional, non-interventional, and electrophysiology services. The Cardiology Division is well recognized among their peers for outstanding quality data, excellence in care, and service to patients throughout our 18-county service area. Requirements Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Post-Education experience in cardiology or related internal medicine areas. Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant Opportunity Join a collegial, hard-working group of 16 physicians and 14 advanced practitioners The new provider will work in the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic, located at the SSM Health Outpatient Center Outpatient-focused clinic-based practice, including new and established patient visits Clinic is open Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm No call or weekends Experienced based salary with eligibility for Hiring Bonus!
