Join us as a Nightlife Security Bouncer at Lookout Tavern, where we prioritize safety and hospitality! We are looking for a motivated individual who is friendly, approachable, and capable of maintaining a safe environment for our guests and staff.
Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests as they arrive, checking IDs to ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age, and monitoring the premises for any potential issues. You will be expected to handle intoxicated guests with care and professionalism, enforcing club policies while providing exceptional customer service.
- Shift Availability: Primarily working Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm - 2am
- Possible additional shifts during busy events.
- PAID WEEKLY
About Lookout Tavern
Lookout Tavern is a vibrant and modern social tavern located in North Phoenix, featuring an expansive menu, a large bar with 16+ beers on tap, and a diverse cocktail selection. Our venue includes two patios with roll-up garage doors for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, and over 50 HD TVs for sporting events. The entertainment area features games such as Darts and Shuffleboard, creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere. With state-of-the-art sound and lighting, our late-night weekends are truly unparalleled in the region.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Check IDs for age verification.
- Manage entry for intoxicated individuals and assist staff with unruly patrons.
- Monitor crowd behavior and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- De-escalate conflicts and remove disruptive individuals when necessary.
- Ensure a safe environment for both patrons and staff.
- Maintain logs of security incidents during shifts.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a security or bouncer role.
- Certification or training in security practices preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.
