Compensation & Bonuses Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped, starting at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Training & Development: Mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Clinical Guidance & Ongoing Support BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry‑leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri. Continuing Education 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house. Additional funds for external training courses. 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
