Southern Flames is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional service to our guests. Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally. Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Enter orders into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. Monitor guest needs throughout their visit. Process payments and provide receipts. Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas. Complete assigned opening and closing duties. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Work as a team with kitchen, bar, and management staff. Resolve guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
