Seeking a Tech Transfer Equipment Design Engineer to support filling systems, equipment fit-up, and process design in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Translate Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) into equipment design requirements.
- Design and optimize filling assemblies based on flow rates, viscosity, and process requirements.
- Select appropriate tubing, materials, fittings, and fluid transfer connections.
- Support equipment fit-up, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Process, and Quality teams.
- Support equipment documentation and qualification/validation readiness.
- Engineering degree or related technical background.
- Experience with equipment design, filling systems, fluid dynamics, and process engineering.
- Hands-on knowledge of tubing, fittings, fluid transfer, and equipment integration.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
