Occupational Therapist Full-Time

Join our Louisville East Post Acute team as a fulltime OT! We are 178 bed facility with five units including sub acute rehab, Pathways, TBI, LTC, and memory care! Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician. Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.

Pay Rate - $35-45 USD Hourly
