Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or CFY in progress)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with general and special education teams
• Skilled in assessment, evaluation, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Able to work effectively with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred by educators or families
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students, both in small groups and one-on-one
• Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Offer training and resources to teachers and parents to support student communication objectives
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to overall student support planning
