The Permanente Medical Group is seeking (Part-Time) BE/BC Allergists to join our teams in:

• Hayward ( Part-Time)
  

• San Francisco ( Part-Time 3 and 1/2 week schedule )
  

• Santa Rosa ( Full-Time )
• Modesto ( Full-Time )

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility

• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

Full-time annual salary range is $305,550 to $315,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $22,540 . Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
