Content Marketing Manager

Thrively has partnered with an innovative, high-growth AI technology company to identify a talented Content Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team. This is an opportunity to own and scale a modern content engine that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, AI, SEO, video, and growth marketing. What You'll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals. Own the editorial calendar across blogs, case studies, customer stories, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, videos, and other marketing assets. Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve workflows, and scale production without sacrificing quality. Optimize content for both traditional search (SEO) and emerging AI-driven search experiences (GEO). Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate product capabilities and customer insights into compelling content. Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximize reach across channels. Measure content performance and continuously optimize based on data, engagement, and conversion metrics. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or content strategy within a B2B SaaS or technology company. Experience building and managing a scalable content engine- not simply creating content. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content optimization, and analytics. Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to improve marketing workflows. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with experience measuring business impact through content. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership and autonomy. Bonus Points Experience marketing AI or developer-focused products. Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search. Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar marketing platforms. Why This Role?
