Key Responsibilities
As an Install Plumber, you will work closely with the sales team to complete residential plumbing installations and repairs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing project details to understand the scope of work and customer expectations
- Performing residential plumbing installations and repairs in compliance with local codes and company standards
- Completing projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and minimizing material waste
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for homeowners
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
