Field Service Technician (Summerville)

Johnson Service Group, a professional recruiting firm is currently seeking a motivated early career individual interested in building a career in power generation and field service in Summerville, SC. This entry‑level opportunity is ideal for candidates with electrical or mechanical training who are eager to learn hands‑on industrial equipment maintenance. Training will be provided by experienced technicians. Candidates must be able to pass an extensive background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record with no major violations. Requirements Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology, Diesel Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Must be able to travel with several overnights possible each week. Strong customer facing skills required. Recent graduates and early career candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic electrical, mechanical, or diesel knowledge preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read technical diagrams and follow troubleshooting procedures is a plus.
