Job Summary And Qualifications

Orders food and maintains inventory level for patient and staff meals

Prepares and portions food according to menu

Monitors quality and temperature of food

Maintains clean and orderly workstation

Maintains documentation as requested or required

Stores food and equipment according to guidelines

Prepares special diets accurately

Assures quality and timelines of food service

Assures patient needs for nourishment are met

Documents temperatures, patient meals and meal tickets

Adheres to hospital polices and procedures

Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct

Conduct reflects the Company's values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct

Performs other duties as requested or required

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Food Handlers/Safety must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
