This position provides a guaranteed $381,500 annual salary plus production incentive potential , along with substantial sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance. 

Join an established practice that includes t wo OB/GYN physicians and one Women's Health APP , with additional PRN OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available. The group is positioned for continued growth, with plans to expand to three full-time OB/GYN physicians. This structure gives an incoming physician the opportunity to step into a supportive practice while helping shape the future of women's healthcare in the region. 

Physicians provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, with deliveries and surgeries performed at a regional hospital. The facility offers a Level II NICU and da Vinci robotic surgical technology , providing valuable resources for both maternity care and gynecologic surgery. The practice currently averages approximately 22 deliveries per month .

Position, Compensation & Organization 

• Full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician position 
• Guaranteed salary of $381,500 per year 
• Additional production incentive potential 
• $25,000 sign-on bonus 
• Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance 
• Up to $100,000 in student loan assistance 
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible 
• Flexible scheduling 
• Join 2 OB/GYN physicians and 1 Women's Health APP 
• Practice growth planned toward 3 full-time OB/GYN physicians 
• Additional PRN OB/GYN support 
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available
