JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC
  
• Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• DEA: Yes
  
• Certifications: BLS
  
• Experience: Lymphoma and cell therapy experience preferred
  
• Other Qualifications: Epic EMR proficiency
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide full-time hematology and oncology care in outpatient clinic setting.
  
• Manage established hematology/oncology patients during scheduled clinic hours.
  
• Participate in weeknight beeper call rotation (1-2 nights per week) for clinic patients.
  
• Participate in shared weekend 24-hour beeper call pool for oncology inpatients.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology team of 15-20 providers to ensure continuity of care.
