You'll be responsible for:

• Managing full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Handling reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Coordinating with external partners on tax filings, audits, and compliance
• Ensuring adherence to GAAP and industry best practices

We're looking for:

• Experience as a Full-Charge Accountant or similar hands-on accounting role
• Strong GAAP knowledge, ideally within professional services
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
