• Day shift -- 8am - 5pm or 8am - 4:30pm, M-F, no call
• IP: 7 - 8 patients per shift
• OP: 45-min treatments and 60-min evaluations
• Outpatient and inpatient setting
• Board certified physical therapist required
• Minimum two years of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
