Epic Cupid / Radiant Build Analyst

Epic Cupid / Radiant Build Analyst 12+ months Remote About the Role We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid/Radiant Build Analyst to support and optimize Epic Cardiology and Radiology applications within a large healthcare environment. This role will partner closely with physicians, nurses, radiology, cardiology, and imaging teams to enhance clinical workflows, improve patient care, and drive Epic system optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, build, configure, test, and support Epic Cupid and Radiant applications. Develop and optimize workflows related to scheduling, imaging orders, procedure documentation, reporting, and results management. Gather business and clinical requirements and translate them into Epic solutions. Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis. Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and go-live activities. Collaborate with interface and infrastructure teams on integrations involving PACS, DICOM, HL7 , imaging archives, and third-party systems. Create and maintain build documentation, testing plans, and support procedures. Ensure compliance with Epic standards, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies. Required Qualifications 3+ years of Epic Analyst experience supporting clinical applications. Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and/or Epic Radiant build and support. Current Epic Cupid Certification and/or Epic Radiant Certification (Required). Experience with requirements gathering, workflow analysis, testing, and implementation support. Experience working within a hospital, healthcare provider, or integrated delivery network environment. Strong understanding of cardiology and radiology workflows. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Service Lines, or Imaging Departments . Knowledge of PACS, DICOM, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards . Experience with Epic upgrades, optimization projects, and large-scale implementations. Familiarity with Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer .
