Program Advisor/Direct Support Professional - Part Time - Mt Holly

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Mt Holly, PA is seeking to hire a part time entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care for the individuals we serve with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compensation and Benefits Direct Support Professionals earn a competitive wage of $17.12/hour plus an additional $1/hour shift differential . Additional benefits include 60 hours of paid vacation during the first year of employment, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and long‑term disability . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) As a DSP, you support people with disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. You assist with activities of daily living such as household maintenance, transportation, administration of medications, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and more. Building strong relationships and learning their individual differences in ability, personality, interests, learning, motivation, likes, and dislikes helps provide the best care. QUALIFICATIONS At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours Are you punctual and reliable?
