Grower: Job Description We are looking for a Horticulture Grower to provide the general upkeep of a 20-acre greenhouse in Mt Dora, FL. Requirements and Responsibilities Be familiar with growing foliage—basic irrigation and fertilization requirements. Basic knowledge of irrigation clocks, spray equipment and greenhouse heating and cooling systems. Basic knowledge on scouting for insects and diseases. Ability to count and keep accurate inventory. Basic housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe working environment. Possess passion for what you do and be a team player. Serve as a role model and uphold the LiveTrends Vision, Mission, and Values. Passion for design, fashion, and home décor is a plus. Creativity and solution‑driven thinking. Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture. Work toward obtaining Restricted Florida Pesticide certification.
