The person in this role will concentrate on diverse growth initiatives aimed at boosting the adoption of leadless pacing in the U.S. market, while having the chance to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners worldwide. It’s the perfect mix of sales, marketing, and market growth for one of the most exciting growth businesses in Medtronic.Key responsibilitiesThis role focuses on boosting market adoption of leadless pacing by collaborating closely with our sales organization and driving new opportunities in an expanded customer base. Acting as the strategic bridge between the sales team and internal experts, this position aims to drive sustained growth through best business practices. Focus areas include:Developing and implementing expanded clinical strategy and evidence disseminationHigh touch sales organization engagement and enablementCustomer interactions and demonstration of strong influence management skillsStrong partnership with our Medical Education team to drive expanded medical education programs and procedural trainingLeadership dialogue, presentations (internal and external), and creative brainstormingAdapting and delivering the marketing value proposition for leadless pacingOwnership of advanced data analyses and market intelligence to identify new opportunities to drive growthAnalyze and report on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insightsDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategiesMonitor and share performance metrics and optimize strategiesundefinedThis role offers an incredible opportunity to interact with our field, patients, and customers. You’ll be responsible for understanding the challenges faced by each of these stakeholders to effectively position our leadless pacing technology in the marketplace.
