You will apply your expertise in systems engineering activities, defense acquisition processes, technical reviews, and program documentation in a government or contractor environment. Your customer will trust you to assist with development and maintenance of engineering and program documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans (SEP), technical reports, and briefing materials. You Have: 5+ years of experience with engineering on a DoW, National Security, or Aerospace program 2+ years of experience with DoW acquisition and systems engineering processes Experience supporting or participating in Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events Ability to lead engineering teams or engineering projects Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology Nice If You Have: Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools, such as Cameo, MagicDraw, SysML, and MATLAB Experience in a DoW aircraft or weapons system program acquisition office Possession of strong organizational and documentation skills Top Secret clearance Master's degree in Engineering, Science or Technology INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
