Back of House Team Member – Quality Driven

Starting Pay:

• $14.00/hour with previous restaurant or kitchen experience or BILINGUAL.
• $13.50/hour starting pay.
• Performance bonuses available.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare fresh food following Wingstop recipes and operating standards.
• Cook wings, fries, and sides with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Work efficiently during busy periods without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate effectively with your teammates.
• Help ensure every order is hot, fresh, accurate, and served with care.
