Commissioning Engineer

Rinvio is hiring a Commissioning Engineer for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Pay

$80.00 - $110.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Project

Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Own or support commissioning scripts, functional testing, issue logs, documentation, system readiness, and turnover support.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for

• Experience supporting RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, material tracking, issue logs, and turnover documentation
• Able to work closely with field leaders, trade partners, engineers, and project controls teams
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
