Position Overview

The incoming dermatologist will practice primarily medical dermatology with opportunities to incorporate cosmetic and procedural services based on personal interests and experience.

Estimated Case Mix

• 80% Medical Dermatology
• 10% Cosmetics
• 10% Procedures/Mohs-related services

Common Clinical Services

• General medical dermatology
• Skin cancer evaluations and treatment
• Biopsies
• Excisions
• Cosmetic injections
• Biologic therapy management
• Mohs surgery referrals and coordination

Cosmetic Opportunities

Physicians interested in growing a cosmetic practice will find strong support and flexibility to develop that aspect of their practice.

Current cosmetic offerings include:

• Botox and fillers
• Pulsed dye laser treatments

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Flexible schedule ranging from hours per week
• 3 5 clinic days per week
• Typical patient volume: 40+ patients per day
• No routine evenings
• No routine weekends
• Limited call responsibility, primarily when the owner physician is unavailable or traveling
• Flexibility available based on physician preferences and goals

Support & Resources

Support staffing is adjusted based on provider volume and clinic needs. A physician seeing approximately 40 patients per day can expect support from multiple medical assistants.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model

Hybrid structure:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary
• Productivity-based bonus opportunities

Compensation

• Approximately $200/hour equivalent
• Base salary approximately $425,000 annually based on a 40-hour schedule
• Additional productivity incentives available
