Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Germantown or Sun Prairie, with a primary focus on recruiting throughout the southern part of the state. You'll play a key part in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent as we continue to grow. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and brings a positive attitude to work each day. As part of our team, you will find, source, & screen top talent and deliver a unique experience to our candidates. What you'll do Partner with hiring team to develop and execute strategies that support our growth Develop and maintain relationships with universities, school districts, and other organizations to build out a robust pipeline of high quality candidates Research and attend job fairs throughout the state (college, high schools and community job fairs) Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with our role requirements and company values Develop employment branding initiatives Implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent from a variety of sources, including social media platforms, job boards and in-person events Post job openings on online hiring platforms Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skillsets, experience and culture fit Coordinate pre-employment requirements Social media posting regarding employment opportunities, employee testimonials, a day in the life spotlight, etc - put on your marketing hat and get creative Stay informed on industry trends and recruiting best practices Other duties as assigned Requirements Ideal candidate will have: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Sales or Marketing (preferred) 3+ years' experience in recruiting, marketing, and/or selling Strong familiarity with utilizing social media and hiring platforms Must have interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees and potential employees Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to accurately document processes and maintain strict confidentiality General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment practices Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin for meetings and events A valid driver's license Benefits We offer a competitive salary and annual incentive bonus, a great benefits package, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
