This position is ideal for MAs who want to use their medical training outside of a fast-paced office or facility environment while still working directly with patients. In this role, you will care for and support clients in Huntingdon County, PA and the surrounding areas. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan. Vital signs monitoring and documentation Medication reminders and observation Assist with basic medical procedures as directed Track symptoms and report changes in condition Patient education and support Coordination with care team and supervisors Accurate medical and care documentation Light assistance with mobility or personal care when needed Required Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or diploma Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray Strong documentation and communication skills Professional, patient-centered approach to care Reliable transportation Who You’ll Work With Seniors Adults with disabilities over the age of 18 Post Hospital/rehab support Families needing respite care Adults needing wellness support Work Location Care is provided in clients’ homes Client assignments and exact locations vary based on your availability and ability to travel Schedule & Employment Type Daytime hours available, Monday–Friday, Weekends, Evenings Full-time or part-time options Flexible schedules based on availability This postion will 7 days a week 4pm-8pm.
